Stéphane DESCHARLES is an artisan caterer. You will find traditional smoking on site,  hand-filleted salmon, salted with dry salt and smoked with string over beech wood.

Thomas DUFFY is the specialist in honey nougat, gingerbread and fruit jellies. Its manufacturing workshop is located in Val d'Anast,
25 minutes from Rennes. Everything is natural.
